Prayer at New Hope

Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.  With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.  Ephesians 6:18 (NIV)

At New Hope we place a high value on prayer, encouraging all our members to involve in the prayer life of the church.

As a church we believe in the power of prayer, and that through prayer, with God's help, we can make a difference in the situations we face and the community we are placed in.

Without prayer we can do nothing  but with prayer all things are possible.

We give regular opportunities to testify to answers to prayer during Sunday worship, which encourages the prayer life of everybody as we celebrate what God has done.  Prayer is a normal part of our Sunday meetings.

Prayer opportunities:

Prayer for the service 9.45am Sunday's at New Hope Christian Centre

This involves the speakers, meeting leaders, worship team and any one from the congregation as we dedicate the service to the Lord.

Personal prayer after the service

There is an opportunity for prayer with the healing and wholeness team after the service if you have been impacted by any issues raised during the morning.  If you want more indepth prayer please talk to Rita Betts who will make an appointment to see you during the week.  Our healing and wholeness team offer prayer for physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

Prayer Chain

contact Duane Elkins on 617905

Our prayer chain is for short but urgent prayer requests.  Short helps the request not to become a Chinese whisper.  The request is passed to a chain of twelve people who have all commited to pray.

'Revival prayer'

We have been praying for revival in Lakenham, Norwich and beyond for many years now and believe that God is taking us on a journey with him.  These are great times of prayer seeking Gods face for his church in this city.

7.30pm at New Hope Modular building every Friday
